This privacy policy sets out the basis on which any personal data collected from you will be processed. Please read this policy carefully in order to fully understand our practices with regard to your personal data and how it will be treated. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller in this instance is Fawley Court Estates Ltd.

Fawley Court Estates Ltd may collect and subsequently process data which has been provided by you whilst filling in forms on our site - www.fawleycourt.com. This may include information provided at the time of registering on the site, requesting further services or purchasing products/services. It is possible that we may ask you for information when reporting a problem with our site and as a consequence we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We will keep details of any transactions which you carry out through our site and will record the details of all order fulfillments.
